Need help finding community resources, pursuing U.S. citizenship, or reading an English-language letter or bill? Our Social Services Program can help you. Offering comprehensive support, we specialize in:
General information and referrals to access vital community resources.
Citizenship Services to complete applications and processes.
Bilingual services (Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, and English) to make information more accessible. For other languages, on-demand interpretation services by phone are available.
Become a Volunteer
Want to lend a hand by helping seniors with paperwork? We’re looking for Cantonese- and Mandarin-speaking volunteers. Call (510) 839-2022 to start the process.

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Appointments recommended.

Our services are available to all East Bay residents and focus on helping you get the support you need.
